College Health Ltd

The Directors of College Health Limited are all GP partners of the College Practice, Maidstone, a long established practice of over 70 years, serving a population of 16,500 patients providing GMS contractual services. This practice was indeed the first training practice in England.

One of our former senior partners was the Dean of General Practice which promoted our ethos of commitment to training of our staff. All the partners of College Health Ltd are accredited trainers and we also have nurse trainers and mentors within the practice.

College Health Limited has been built upon a foundation of extensive experience in delivering Primary Care services and this allows us to have a very clear vision of the fundamental and key priorities that are required to ensure patient safety and good clinical care.

This includes a good and robust understanding of clinical governance which is imbedded within the organisation and at the heart of everything we do.

Through our experiences of running contracts in Essex and Kent over the last 9 years we have developed our organisational structure to include key individuals who have specific roles and responsibilities within our organisation to ensure that we are effective and sustainable going forward and have the ability to grow services on behalf of our patients.

College Health Ltd currently manages a number of contracts in Thurrock which include The Tilbury Chadwell Group (Tilbury Health Centre, Dilip Sabnis Medical Centre and Chadwell Medical Centre), Oddfellows Hall Health Centre, The Commonwealth Health Centre, Milton Road Surgery, St. Clements Medical Centre and Thurrock Health Centre.

The partners of College Health Ltd are also pleased to have recently entered into new Partnerships in GMS Practices in both Kent and Essex which allows us to put down some real long term roots and opportunity to foster greater investment into core and additional services and providing better access to GP and Primary Care services for our Patients.
